Job Summary:
Our company is seeking an experienced Web Front End Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and a passion for creating engaging user experiences.
Responsibilities:
· Work closely with the design team to implement and maintain responsive web designs.
· Develop and maintain web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
· Build and maintain reusable code and libraries for future use.
· Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
· Collaborate with back-end developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
· Continuously improve the user experience of our web applications
· Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
· Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
· Proven work experience as a Front End Developer
· Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
· Experience with responsive web design and development frameworks
· Familiarity with version control systems
· Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to web development.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
· Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with server-side scripting languages such as PHP, Ruby or Python
· Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Gulp, Grunt, or Webpack
· Experience with JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
· Knowledge of user interface design principles and best practices
· Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Note: As a remote team member, you will be responsible for providing your own hardware tools necessary to perform your work. Additionally, you should be comfortable with using online collaboration and communication tools.
