Job Summary
We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user experiences across our web and mobile applications. As a UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate and deliver on business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design
Qualifications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Portfolio showcasing previous UX/UI design work
