About the job

We are looking for a creative (UI/UX) designer who can understand our vision, business requirements, and technical limitations and has great empathy for users.

The designer must be able to conceive and conduct user research, interviews, and surveys; analyze and identify business problems and user pain points, and translate them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. The designer will design the overall functionality of the product, and ensure a great user experience.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate our product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and testing user experiences.
Understand product specifications and user psychology
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences across devices and interfaces.
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Make tactical design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
Take an agile design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs.
Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
Collaborate with product and engineering team members.
Create personas through user research and data
Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
Ensure that translations between English & Arabic are aligned with our tone of voice and with the meaning of the original user interfaces.

Qualifications:

BSc/MSc in a relevant field.
Professional certifications are a plus.
