We are in a critical stage of scaling the company to build institutional analytics knowledge within Mozn and Saudi Arabia. It is an exciting time to work in Saudi Arabia; through Vision 2030, the rate of social and industrial change is staggering. We are seeking high-performance UX/UI to be a part of product development for Risk-related products. The ideal candidate combines a passion for technology with the ability to create products that solve organizations’ toughest problems and has evident experience in building and scaling B2B and B2B Risk-based products on a global scale.

Requirements

As a UX/UI Designer, your daily workload might include:

Develop UI components and style guides for company-wide use.
Design usable, accessible, and engaging user experiences for mobile and web based on research and best practices.
Discovering complex problems through user research; ideating, designing and testing solutions. You’ll collaborate with the team and customers.
Rapid creation of working prototypes or mockups for demonstration or pre-sales purposes.
Participating in defining and driving strategic direction from a user experience perspective
Influencing cross-functional product teams and the organization to achieve solutions that are right for our customers and adhere to the product vision.
Articulating your work and decisions through both excellent written documentation and conversation.
Working closely with the product team and others (sales and customer success) to establish plan for product release.
Be a great team player with the ability to collaborate closely with Product and developers.

Our target profile is candidates with…

BS/MS from a top school in a STEM or Business field or any related field.
3+ years of product management experience, preferably in Risk-related areas or B2B analytics products. Experience at top technology firms is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or any other similar stream.
Preferred additional qualifications in CEX design, design thinking.
