Job Description:
o Review the analysis of the new system features with analysis team to confirm the new business and the feasibility of implementing it
o Design solutions and build systems architecture with the best engineering practices to save time during the development stage.
o Estimate modules and systems level, at the beginning of each iteration to achieve accurate plans & accurate execution time.
o Conduct Daily Stand-up meetings to keep following up with the execution of the plan
o Conduct technical interviews to help in hiring highly qualified team members
o Support team members to resolve complex technical issues shortly.
o Conduct code reviews to ensure the solution is implemented as per the best practices
o Conduct performance matrix to keep monitoring the team performance, utilize their time 100% and enhance their quality.
o Conduct appraisals
o Communicate the plans with the Project Managers to keep them updated with the latest project status
o Conduct live deployments at the end of each release and coordinate with the on-site technical teams to design integration or discuss any technical details
Requirements:
· Graduated from Faculty of Computer Science or Engineering
· 6 + years of experience
· Excellence the use of the following technologies & tools:
o AngularJs / Javascript
o HTML
o .Net Framework
o Sql Database
o ASP.Net
o MVC
o Visual Studio.
o IIS.
· Knowledge of Outsystems is a plus
· Planning and time management skills
· Excellent writing skills
· Communication Skills
· Ownership

· Ability to handle multitask
· The code must meet the standards of quality and time.
