Job Title: Tech Lead – iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin), and Web (MERN Stack)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead specializing in iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin), and Web (MERN Stack) development. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and guiding them in the successful design, development, and implementation of mobile and web applications.
Responsibilities:
-Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of iOS, Android, and web applications using Swift, Kotlin, and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
-Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, propose technical solutions, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality applications.
-Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, assisting with code reviews, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance.
-Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from planning and architecture to implementation, testing, and deployment.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile and web development, and drive continuous improvement within the team.
-Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the development team, encouraging knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
-Drive the adoption of coding standards, development methodologies, and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and maintainable applications.
-Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
-Stay informed about advancements and updates in the iOS, Android, and web development domains, and identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and tools for improved development processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience . Master’s degree preferred.
-Proven experience (5+ years) as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer in iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin), and web (MERN Stack) development.
-Strong proficiency in Swift and Kotlin, with a deep understanding of iOS and Android platform-specific features, design patterns, and best practices.
-Solid experience with the MERN stack, including MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Excellent knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
-Demonstrated expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries and frameworks.
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues, provide innovative solutions, and guide the team through effective decision-making.
-Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality mobile and web applications within project timelines and budgets.
-Experience with Agile development methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
-Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
-Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
