Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the design, build and implementation of SAP HR and SuccessFactors solutions in accordance with organizational objectives.
As an SAP LMS/PMGM Consultant, you will design, implementation and deliver the functional and technical components of planning,
Interact with clients to understand the business requirements to conclude blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements.
SAP SuccessFactors LMS – SAP certificate
Minimum 6 years of experience in managing SAP LMS/PMGM for large or complex systems for various industry sectors.
At least 3 End to End Implementation
Manage and guide the team responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining SAP HR and SuccessFactors applications.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth system integration.
Monitor system performance to ensure optimal operation.
Develop and monitor users training sessions on new functionality or enhancements to existing applications as needed.
Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
Develop policies and procedures for all aspects of application development life cycle (ADLC).
