We are now looking for a Services Engineer that will be responsible for performing 5G/4G NW Tuning and audit of a 5G/4G network to meet customer requirements and KPIs.

The position is applicable for optimization of RAN with Core & TX as a plus. You will be engaged in the whole process from pre-sales of services and networks to service delivery and acceptance.

The role focuses on implementing design, audit and tuning of services, where you will be accountable for part of the solution and of the service process. Hereby, you should be able to keep time, performance and quality according to Ericsson requirements and customer contracts.

What You Will Do

Identify add-on sales opportunities, assist in the development of a service proposal and participate in knowledge transfer activities.
Collect and document customer requirements.
Collected data analysis and report infrastructure data analysis.
Configuration database update and analyze infrastructure business requirements.
Performance and capacity data collection coordination.
Request service, resource monitoring, field services and data collection.
Capacity, performance improvement both solution execution and solution coordination.
End-user quality of service optimization and deploy corrective measures to improve traffic ability performance (end-user focus).

You will bring

Having Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Telecom or equivalent, with minimum 5-10 years of experience.
Highly skilled in 5G/4G Network Design & Initial Tuning.
Deep awareness of Ericsson Tuning and Design Tools.
Good Leadership and Automation Skills.
