What this position is al about:
The Senior OMS Software Engineer is an important role within our core technology team. Working at Drops means being creative, passionate, and adaptive. You will take ownership of our Salesforce Order Management System platform and put in place and maintain processes related to the development and deployment of new features, helping improve its stability and robustness. You will be responsible for making sure that the code quality is maintained at the highest industry standards according to the best practices and guidelines relative to performance, quality, and bug tolerance and that the software runs smoothly and meets customer needs. This position requires advanced-level knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and its flows.

Your impact:
- Reviewing existing apps and services and their robustness and stability
- Produce documentation, specifications, and technical design documents
- Ability to propose creative solutions to various issues
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, of which at least 2 are with OMS
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs is a plus
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a must
- Excellent communication skills
