Job Description:
Overall 10 years of experience in IT industry. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. Holds Scrum Master Certification from Scrum Alliance or Scrum Org. Guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices, how to get the most out of self-organization. Removing impediments for the team. Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information. Working with Product Owner, on grooming and maintaining the product backlog. Preparing documentation required for the audit and QC process. Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership / Project Management.
