SITUATION IN ORGANIZATION
Reporting to Lead Palm PM (N+1) and Head, Performance Control & Methods (N+2)
No direct reports / subordinates
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Co-ordinate / assist to control, monitor, and update content and usage of Company Computerized Maintenance and Inspection Management system to ensure that Maintenance activities are performed with the necessary information on job to be done (where and how), spare to be used and who are the specialized services mobilized.
JOB DIMENSIONS
Provide support of CMIMS for all offshore User (more than 400 users)
ACTIVITIES
Drive an Incident Free environment / mindset within the Department and with all stakeholders.
Ensure PALM PM master data is updated according to offshore or TADM or external maintenance engineering request/feedback.
Support the implementation of Safety and Environmental Critical Element solution in PALM.
Perform User Acceptance Test on all changes made to PALM PM module.
Perform Data Validation following mass changes or uploads to PALM PM module.
Responsible for the proper Preventive Maintenance work order generation as per plant and preparation time
Support planning team in the proper scheduling of Maintenance & Inspection work
Contribute to cost awareness and innovation within his/her team.
Manage incoming work as per received Notifications.
·Execute Data Changes / Creations in a timely and accurate manner.
All staff must be willing to participate in Crisis Response Training and to assist during Emergency Response Situations if required.
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
Position is in an OPCO (JV) operating oil & gas facility with offshore / onshore (non-producing) sites, based in
Doha, Qatar.
The position is part of the permanent team and is on a resident basis (5d per week).
Trips to offshore are required on an ad-hoc basis.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
BSc degree in Computer Science, or equivalent degree.
Knowledge of Routine Preventive Maintenance in Oil and Gas or similar industry.
Knowledge of Technical Objects within Oil and Gas or similar industry.
Versatile, resilient and able to interact effectively withdifferent departments, peers and Senior Management on a daily basis.
Strong communication, organization and skills.
Fluent in English (verbal and written) and its technical vocabulary.
Ability and willingness to learn and drive to become competent and able to work unsupervised as a PM Data Analyst
