The candidate should have extensive technical solution architect responsibilities.

  • Designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture for NOC, IT OSS assurance solutions based on HPE platforms and Assurance Stack (vTeMIP, UOC, UCA, UMB, FAS, INT-A, IP Mediation, Service Management Automation X, uCMDB, Asset management and Operation orchestration).
  • Building and integrating NOC and information systems to meet the company’s needs based on HPE platforms and Assurance Stack (vTeMIP, UOC, UCA, UMB, FAS, INT-A, IP Mediation, Service Management Automation X, uCMDB, Asset management and Operation orchestration).
  • Assessing the NOC systems architecture currently in place and working with multi domains technical team to recommend solutions to improve it and worked at maximum availability to meet the company compliance based on HPE platforms and Assurance Stack (vTeMIP, UOC, UCA, UMB, FAS, INT-A, IP Mediation, Service Management Automation X, uCMDB, Asset management and Operation orchestration).
  • Provide supervision and guidance to technical teams for NOC, IT and OSS assurance service delivery pre and post implementation based on HPE platforms and Assurance Stack (vTeMIP, UOC, UCA, UMB, FAS, INT-A, IP Mediation, Service Management Automation X, uCMDB, Asset management and Operation orchestration).
  • Understand the complex technical requirement from the customer and translate it into the system to meet the customer expectation and requirement based on HPE platforms and Assurance Stack (vTeMIP, UOC, UCA, UMB, FAS, INT-A, IP Mediation, Service Management Automation X, uCMDB, Asset management and Operation orchestration).
  • Continually research the current and emerging NOC technologies and implement the new where needed based on HPE platforms and Assurance Stack (vTeMIP, UOC, UCA, UMB, FAS, INT-A, IP Mediation, Service Management Automation X, uCMDB, Asset management and Operation orchestration).
  • Understand the customer requirement and translate into the logical architecture to improve the functionality of NOC platform based on HPE platforms and Assurance Stack (vTeMIP, UOC, UCA, UMB, FAS, INT-A, IP Mediation, Service Management Automation X, uCMDB, Asset management and Operation orchestration).
  • Present and propose the new solution and explain the changes and new capabilities to increase the efficiency of the NOC operation based on HPE platforms and Assurance Stack (vTeMIP, UOC, UCA, UMB, FAS, INT-A, IP Mediation, Service Management Automation X, uCMDB, Asset management and Operation orchestration).
  • Help the NOC operations teams to automate the processes for maximum benefits of the network fault management based on HPE platforms and Assurance Stack (vTeMIP, UOC, UCA, UMB, FAS, INT-A, IP Mediation, Service Management Automation X, uCMDB, Asset management and Operation orchestration).
  • Assessing the NOC platform for maximum utilization and of the components based on the capabilities based on HPE platforms and Assurance Stack (vTeMIP, UOC, UCA, UMB, FAS, INT-A, IP Mediation, Service Management Automation X, uCMDB, Asset management and Operation orchestration).
  • Prepare and present the overall status and management reports for the network health for NOC fault management solution based on multi-vendor solutions based on HPE platforms and Assurance Stack (vTeMIP, UOC, UCA, UMB, FAS, INT-A, IP Mediation, Service Management Automation X, uCMDB, Asset management and Operation orchestration).
  • Provide the in house and hands on technical training to the NOC operations teams for different solution components to understand the key capabilities for network operations based on HPE platforms and Assurance Stack (vTeMIP, UOC, UCA, UMB, FAS, INT-A, IP Mediation, Service Management Automation X, uCMDB, Asset management and Operation orchestration).

The candidate should have extensive technical leadership capabilities and responsibilities.

  • Provide the in-depth technical overview to the different internal teams related to the NOC platforms and NOC monitoring solution mainly based on HPE Assurance suite.
  • Work closely with HPE OSS assurance solution for fault management products includes the vTeMIP, Unified operation console, Unified mediation bus, Unified correlation analyser, fault analytics and statistics, Unified topology manger, unified service level manager.
  • Works closely with Microfocus for Service management Automation (SMAX) and operation orchestration solution for organisation key processes including the incident management, change management, service request management, knowledge management and build the organization service catalogue for the end user’s and automation of the processes.
  • NOC platform administration and availability of the all the key application including vTeMIP, Unified mediation bus, Unified correlation analyser, fault analytics and statistics, Unified topology manger, unified service level manager and SMAX.
  • Install and implement the HPE and microfocus solution based on the customer requirement for NOC automation.
  • Participation in the upgrade activities of the HPE and microfocus solution to stay connected with new the capabilities and enhancement to the applications.
  • Integration the new multi domain EMS with vTeMIP for single instance of the truth for NOC operations.
  • Ability to work with Nokia, Oracle, Dell, Huawei for the alarm’s integration with vTeMIP solution.
  • Should be able to understand the difference integration methodologies and protocol like CORBA, SNMP, ASCII.
  • Ability to identify the write the complex correlation scenario to provide the root cause analysis using HPE Unified correlation anlyzer application to the domain leaders.
  • Should be able to build the topology based on the company logical inventory using HPE universal topology manager to visualize the systems.
  • Should work with unified operation console UOC for all the vendor’s alarm and dashboard monitoring and segregate the alarms based on the domain.
  • Ability to work with UOC for different and new alarm workspaces for all the vendors mainly for HPE fault management, Performance management, service level agreements, analytics on metrics, analytics on faults.
  • Ability to customise the HPE UOC workspaces and views based on the NOC monitoring teams for better visibility.
  • Ability to create the HPE FAS reports for fault on daily, weekly and monthly basis for the management.
  • Ability to integrate new alarms into HPE vTeMIP solution for Nokia, Dell, Oracle, SOC, IT, and SMSC.
  • Ability to write and enrich the raw alarms using alarm beautification rules for all the domain based on the customer and NOC operation teams requirements.
  • Should be able to understand the ITIL best practice and guideline for the service management process.
  • Should be able to handle the incident management process for fault management end to end from the creation of trouble ticket till the closure.
  • Ability to implement the end-to-end change management process for standard, normal and emergency workflows.
  • Ability to create to complex dashboard for fault reporting MTTR, MTTA and SLA.
  • Should be able to work closely with NOC operation to gather their requirement and implement in the system.
  • Ability to maintain the NOC compliance policies for SOC and backup.
