1.1.1 BPM Developer

As a Technical BPM Developer will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment, will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design

1.1.1.1 Specialties/Skills/Technical Knowledge/Technical Competencies

1. IBM/ODM 8.5 or higher

2. Integration Patterns

3. Spring Webservices and SOA based architecture

4. Websphere Application Server 8.x XML/XSLT

5. Agile Development Methodologies

6. Customization of Decision Center and Enterprise consoleusing extension APIs

7. Implementing Rule Governance using ODM Decision Center and Enterprise console

8. Decision Warehouse customization

1.1.1.2 Previous experience

Knowledge/Technical Skills/Expertise:

BSc Comp Science, B.Com Informatics degree, MBA or advanced degree

Knowledge of prevalent development practices, techniques and tools

Industry knowledge pertinent to portfolio

Experience:

8 – 10 years’ experience in system analysis, design, construction and testing

4 – 7 years banking industry experience

4 – 5 years of BPM experience

Common:

• Familiar with Agile Methodology

• Java, J2EE (Servlets, JSP, EJB, Spring, Struts, JSTL, JavaScript, HTML)
