Full Stack Developer (Lead)
Location: Dubai
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (Lead) to join our team.
As a Full Stack Developer (Lead), you will be responsible for leading the development of both front-end and back-end applications, ensuring high-quality code, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of web applications from concept to launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Lead code reviews, testing, and debugging of software components
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
- Mentor and guide junior developers
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in developing web applications using modern technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, React, and Angular
- Experience with server-side languages such as PHP, Python, or Ruby
- Strong knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- Proficient in Git for version control
- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
