Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle second line technical application support activities for Etimad platform.
- Gather and Keep record of all issues and provide analytical reports for resolution implementation to keep the senior management informed and provide data to execute root cause analysis.
- Search and identify the opportunities in order to make a continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account best practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
- Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the organization standards.
- Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the organization and the department.
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Monitor the managed service performance and make sure that all incident is resolved within SLA time.
- Monitor and extract bugs reports and follow-up with all stakeholders within the organization.
- Handel all critical, high incident, request for Etimad platform within SLA time.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or Computer Science.
- Net Portals Support.
- MS SQL Databases.
- Technical support.
Desired Skills:
- Strong MS SQL database skills.
- Strong NET core.
- Digital Portals Operations Monitoring and Support.
