E-Solution Section Head
Job purpose
The jobholder is responsible for managing E-Solution activities including development, integration, user experience and database administration to develop and introduce best e-solutions for CHI and the healthcare insurance sector in line with business, technical and user requirements.
Responsibilities
• Manage the development of coding framework and selection of system architecture components to identify how coding of e-solutions will be performed • Manage the development of detailed technical specifications and their translation into detailed designs based on collected business requirements • Manage design activities ensuring appropriate standards and procedures are adhered to and mitigate probable technical risks that could occur by introducing new functionality • Manage the project lifecycle for e-solutions development or update in order to ensure a structured approach for successful outcomes in the different project phases (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) • Provide satisfying and optimal experience to users in line with requirements and standards through introducing user experience components to e-solutions • Plan for the launch and rollout of e-solutions • Guide the resolution of issues escalated during implementation in order to minimize negative effects on project performance • Plan and manage the implementation of integration plan and the various integration projects / activities of e-solutions in line with set framework and guidelines • Ensure timely and proper integration of specifications • Manage the design and implementation of database systems of high availability and quality in accordance with end users’ roles, needs and views
Education, Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a related field • DevOps or programming languages (C++, C#. Java, Tensor Flow, Python) or any other equivalent certification is a must. • English language level: Advance
Experience
• 7+ years of relevant experience • Experience in e-solutions development, integration, user experience and database administration • Previous experience in government sector or regulatory bodies is a must
