Overview

Looking for an astute, proficient and qualified DevOps Engineer for Presight AI.

The opportunity

As a DevOps Engineer in our team, you will work within the development team to build scale and deploy what’s behind annotation platform that communicates with advanced ML processes; collaborate with Product Managers, Architects and Software Engineers to research, maintain and improve deployments of annotation platform as part of a Big Data analytic system.

Responsibilities

• Design and enable automated change, release and upgrade management practices across existing products and solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand needs and propose suitable infrastructure solutions.
• Review and modify CI/CD principles and service maturity iteratively, striving for continuous improvement.
• Set up and manage monitoring and alerting tools to guarantee the availability and performance of applications and services.
• Analyze service performance, identify bottlenecks and provide measurable improvement plans.
• Research and Develop ML-Ops technologies and technics to help us build AutoML solutions.
• Travel to remote location with the country to setup platform deployment, train and support local ops with platform related knowledge

Qualifications

To qualify, you must have

• At least 5+ years of experience in Linux and 3+ in DevOps engineering
• Strong problem solving, communication and documentation skills
• Experience working with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Implement infrastructure as code practices using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and CI/CD pipelines such as Gitlab CI/CD or Jenkins
• Strong scripting skills and ability to understand Python, Bash
• Expert knowledge in Kubernetes, Docker
• Experience in modern logging and monitoring: Loki, Prometheus, Grafana
• Deep understanding of web, HTTP, networking, security, scaling for cloud-based deployments

Bonus, if you have

• Database clustering, database high-availability strategies, database performance tuning
• Knowledge or experience with Kubeflow
• Experience with GitOps approach (ArgoCD, FluxCD)
• Experience with SQL DB’s and messaging systems: PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Kafka
