Responsibilities

Follow up and implement required integration procedures with clients.
Supervising the publication of updates and reforms periodically.
Provide appropriate technical support to customers.
Build tools to reduce errors and improve customer experience.
Develop programs for integration with the internal systems.
Conducting various analyzes to identify errors and facilitate processing.
Continuous follow-up to solve technical problems and verify the procedures followed.
Develop programs to help improve their performance to meet customer needs.
Overseeing design procedures and fault finding and maintenance.
Documenting procedures and processes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in DevOps role.
Experience in scripting languages such as Python or Ruby.
Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment principles and practices.
Expertise in Puppet or Chef for configuration management.
Experience in cloud infrastructure management, including AWS, Azure or GCP.
Experience in managing DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, and other software tools.
