SAP SuccessFactors Consultant:

We are looking for a resource experienced in Succession plan and Career Development“ as primary skills and Recruitment, Onboarding 2.0 as secondary skills.

Key Responsibilities :
– Build SAP SuccessFactors technology solutions that transform clients’ core Human Resources functions
– The candidate should have rich experience in SuccessFactors employee Central Core,
– Experienced and strong/independent Performance Management configurator / consultant that is able to configure Forms, goal plans, Calibration, route map
– Experience in the SuccessFactors Learning system
– Experience in the SuccessFactors Recruitment/ Onboarding 2.0
– Performs application configuration in support of solution delivery initiatives
– Participates in design sessions and provide feedback on the solution. Supports integration teams, data conversion teams and security (RBP) team
– Update configuration workbooks and conduct playback sessions for finalization
– Take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks Result-oriented individual taking ownership to drive solutions end -to-end
– Work with Business functions and senior managers to capture requirements, understand current processes plus provide impactful suggestions
– Recommend and make user experience improvements
– Recommend and make functional improvements
– Question the vendors on technical and implementation specifics
– Ensure the internal team learns more about SAP SuccessFactors with knowledge training and awareness sessions

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
– 5+ years of relevant SuccessFactors Employee Central (hands on) experience
– Basic understanding of human capital management (HCM) technology platforms and applications
– Understand development lifecycle and SCRUM methodology
– Excellent understanding of HR processes and able to highlight best practice
– Ability to support enterprise business applications and integrated system environments.
– Ability to influence and coordinate the efforts of others and drive consensus across a diverse group of functional, technical, and business resources with conflicting or competing priorities.
– Ability to negotiate priorities, approach, designs and ideas with team members and customers
– Ability to work with process owners to identify information technology solutions that enable business process improvements
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communications skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment and deal with ambiguity.
– Ability to drive work to completion effectively in self-directed manner.
– SuccessFactors Certification in EC, LMS, PM-GM and Recruitment.
