About the job

Responsible to collect, gather, visualize and analyze data in details using data analysis tools across different business areas.

Key Accountability Areas

Validate and analyze business requirement to increase ERP system usability to facilitate decision making.
Translate business requirement to data elements (queries, universe, external data element)
Retrieving the required information to prepare the required analysis and visualization (dashboard, report, automatic notifications)
Use different visualization tools (WEBI, Power BI) to design dashboards and generate useful business reports.
Coordinate with related IT technical team for required data preparation and reporting tools.
Perform testing and validation of retrieved data, analysis criteria and Dashboards.
Deploy the developed reports and dashboards for end users (training, awareness)
Initiate user roles and authorizations for related developed reports and queries
Structurally document criteria of dashboards and established queries
Participate in testing activities, including integration testing, and end-to-end (business process) testing and user acceptance testing

Role Accountability

Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
Comply to related policy & procedures and work instructions.
Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
