The Client Solutions team mission is to establish and build scalable, healthy, long-term client relationships by solving direct clients’ and agencies’ challenges through scalable, best in class campaign services.

The Data Analyst role is a key role for the Client Solutions Team (CST) at TikTok, as it is responsible for the built data/insights that are going to support the business in making critical decisions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated self-starter, an individual that loves the fun, inspiration, and joy that TikTok brings into people lives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that has previously worked in account or project management in digital advertising field and is ready for the next challenge.

We are looking for a proactive individual with great attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.

The Data Analyst will export, analyse data for creative performance; advise, challenge and optimize our creative strategies, and be the main point of contact to deliver a full overview of benchmark, deep knowledge and support the business within the Creative Solutions Team.


– Data-Driven, exploit data and define new axes and growth trends
– Expert in data visualisation and extracting insights
– Design, execute custom dashboards to monitor creative performance, key metrics and how they change overtime
– Identify top/bottom performing creatives, detect when creative fatigue happens and provide actionable suggestions
– Pioneer methods of automating data used and extraction across the business
– Navigate between global and local teams to drive the usage of data, sharing learnings and bringing learnings to market
– Communicate results and business recommendations to diverse business stakeholders: CSM, managers & clients
– Identify creative improvement opportunities for existing clients
– Automate routine processes connected to data (weekly/ monthly reporting, preparation for client’s meetings, QBRs, etc.)
– Provide team with ad-hoc analysis and reports
– Do comprehensive research on various topics connected to advertising activities
– Communicate with cross-functional teams: PSO, SoP, Data system engineers


– Expertise in mathematics and statistics, Data-Driven
– Programming languages, such as SQL, Oracle and Python
– Have the ability to collaborate, work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across multiple business functions and geographies
– Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
– Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus
– Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
– Experience dealing with multiple requests and being able to effectively keep on top of timelines and communications with the wider sales teams
– Regression analysis experience is a plus
