DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

Maintenance of other computer related equipment.

Must to work mainly with desktop and laptop computers.

Troubleshoot any problems with computers and printers.

Must have knowledge of software that helps in computer repair.

Must also have an in-depth knowledge about basic electrical wiring as they have to work with wires and electricity.

Should also know how to fully assemble a computer.

If network problems arise at night, and should be available to fix the problem.

Set up a hardware network in offices.

Keeping abreast of the latest computer technologies in terms of hardware and software.

Coordinate with other technicians and engineers in computer-related matters.

Service the computer from time to time to ensure that it is working as requested by the users.

Performs other tasks and duties applicable in the area of his/her knowledge, skills, and abilities.
